How to get there
Follow the path hereunder to get to "Satellite subscriptions"

Caution! Depending on your role on Fleet Management you might not see this section.
What is it about
This section is meant to activate satellite subscriptions.
1 This is your wallet. In this area you can see how many subscriptions you have bought and you can use.
2 Enter the IMEI that is available on your modem. You'll find an example in the next paragraph.
3 Enter the modem serial number
4 Select the satellite subscription you want to apply
5 Click activate to finalize the activation
Renewal and upgrade
Renewal and upgrade both work in the same way
For 1 Renewal but also for Upgrade you'll have the same steps.
2 As you notice you have only two steps and not three because the machine for the subscrition that you want to renew or to upgrade will keep all its current configurations for the brand, the type and the model and all the profiles.
3 Search for the machine. The subscription of the machine selected will be renewed or upgraded. To find out the machine, if you prefer, you can also use the table.
4 Click next.
Once you've clicked next, you'll just have to select the subscription you want to apply, to flag "I accept" and to click "Renew" or "Upgrade".
Satellite activation
1 Welcome to the satelitte activation!
To activate the satelitte subscription you'll need the 2 modem IMEI. Check the next paragraph to find out where the IMEI is.
3 Then you'll need to fill in the device (modem) ID
4 Choose the subscription you want to activate and click 5 activate to finish the activation.

Where do I find the IMEI for the satellite activation?
The IMEI is on the modem, under the serial number.
